1. Use of Sage
Sage is an invite-only beta personal AI assistant operated by Omer Ekin. By using Sage, you agree to use it only for lawful personal purposes and only through channels we have enabled for you.
2. AI Limitations
Sage uses AI models and may produce incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable responses. Sage is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or emergency advice. Do not use Sage for emergencies or urgent safety situations.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the messages you send to Sage and for deciding whether to rely on any response. Do not send content that you do not have the right to share, and do not use Sage to harm others, violate law, or bypass platform rules.
4. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services
Sage currently operates through WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp remains subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms and policies. Sage may also use cloud infrastructure and AI model providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Privacy
The Sage Privacy Policy explains what information Sage collects, how it is used, how memory archiving works, and how to request full data deletion.
6. Availability and Changes
Sage is provided as an early-stage service and may change, pause, or stop at any time. We may update these terms as the product changes.
